How much is the resort fee? What's included?

$50.00 per day plus tax

The resort fee includes:

  • Beach transportation
  • Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (Based on availability)
  • Unlimited high-speed wireless internet access
  • Access to 24-hour fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment

Is there parking available at the resort?

Valet Parking

For guests bringing a vehicle, Valet Parking is required at a rate of $26.50 per night. You can conveniently text our valet when you’re ready for your car to be brought out front. 

Can I send packages to the resort?

Yes you can send us your packages to be held at our front desk. Make sure you put your full name on the address and we’ll be able to have them ready upon your arrival. For more questions contact our Concierge at (945) 266-0147 ext 1019/1020.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellations and Deposits:

  • One (1) night deposit required at time of booking.
  • Deposit refundable if cancelled 24-72 hours or more before arrival.
  • Deposit will be forfeited for “no shows” or if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Do you have a deposit at check-in?

Yes. A hold of $100.00 per day is taken on a credit card for incidentals.  The unused amount is released at check out. Please allow a few days, depending on your bank, for the charge to be released. A credit card is required at check-in and the cardholder must be present.
